Mr. Neek is the founder and shareholder of Neek Law Firm; his practice experience includes extensive representation in corporate and real estate law matters.

Mr. Neek's practice is mainly concentrated in commercial real estate investments and development. His real estate practice experience includes extensive representation of all types of investors and developers with over $200 million in commercial real estate transactions. He currently serves as counsel to various developers, investors, and real estate private equity firms. In addition, he is a licensed real estate broker in California and counsels agents and brokers in areas of agency representation and fiduciary duties.

Mr. Neek’s corporate practice includes extensive experience in general business law matters, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate finance, employment, and intellectual property matters. He is counsel to several start-up and emerging growth companies.

Mr. Neek earned his Juris Doctor degree from University of Florida, College of Law, where he served as the president of Business Law Association and completed the Certification in Intellectual Property Law; he was also recognized with highest marks in legal writing and corporate crisis. Mr. Neek received his Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from Texas Tech University where he concentrated his thesis research in web-based application development, software design, and project management. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Texas Tech University.

Mr. Neek’s previous legal experience also includes work at the United States Patent and Trademark Office in Business Method Patent Examinations, and judicial law clerkship for the Honorable Frances King in Fifth Judicial Circuit Court, Florida.
